Dedicated, out of love and honor, to my dad and all others who served with him.
Dad: Lt. JG Fred L. Wham, Jr, USNR is 94, living
with my mother, age 95, in Centralia, Illinois.
He was a communications officer. He was (is) from
Centralia, Illinois, about 6-2, 190 lbs. (in 1945).
He tells me, being older than most of the crew, he
was often called "Dad".
