Today, August 5, 2005, while visiting my parents,
and opening the mail and reading it to my Dad, Lt. Fred Wham USNR, Panamint,
guess what? On opening the August edition of VFW magazine, on page
29, the USS Panamint is mentioned. Small world! Picture and
